We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to join Deloitte's team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own product roadmaps, strategy, and vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, manage, and prioritize requirements.
  • Lead feature prioritization and ensure timely product development.
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve complex business challenges.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to deliver scalable product solutions.
  • Manage effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless integration and understanding of APIs within product features.
  • Champion Agile methodologies for efficient and iterative product delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
    Agile methodologies
    .
  • Basic understanding of APIs
    and their application in product development.
  • Strong expertise in
    communication management
    , stakeholder engagement, and cross-team alignment.
  • Experience in
    product strategy, product development, and product roadmapping
    .
  • Ability to conduct
    market analysis
    and translate findings into actionable product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated skills in
    requirements management
    and structured problem solving.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and customer-centric thinking.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of product management experience (or as per Deloitte's requirement).
