Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in Retention Marketing and Marketing Automation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in retention marketing, preferably within the real money gaming sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead our efforts in maximizing user engagement, retention, and lifetime value through strategic marketing campaigns and automation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive game play, user engagement, and loyalty from new acquisitions
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment users and personalize communication, promotions, and offers to maximize engagement and revenue generation.
  • Continuously follow a test, learn and improve approach for all product marketing activities. Plan, execute and measure experiments for continuous improvement
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation workflows and campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, email and SMS.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and customer support, to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and increasing retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retention marketing and marketing automation, incorporating new tools and strategies to enhance our retention efforts.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, including webengage, moengage, appsflyer, and clevertap, to leverage their platforms effectively and drive results.
  • Ability to work with large data sets to identify trends and insights and take appropriate action to drive growth. Advanced MS Excel skills with a good knowledge of MS Excel formulas and excellent understanding of data and analytics.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant improvements in user retention and engagement, preferably within the real money gaming industry.
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms and tools, such as webengage, moengage, appsflyer, clevertap, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
