Description.Sarthak Educational Trust was founded by Dr. Jitender Aggarwal in July 2008, with the aim of empowering people with disabilities to become masters of their own destiny.The NGO was born out of a personal loss and empathy towards fellow individuals with disabilities.Over the past 14 years, Sarthak has been committed to creating sustainable change and fostering an inclusive India with equal dignity and respect for people with disabilities.The organization focuses on providing training, employment opportunities, and community support to ensure the successful integration of persons with disabilities into society.Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Gurugram.- The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs for people with disabilities.- The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.- Additionally, the Center Manager will be responsible for maintaining the center's budget, handling administrative tasks, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for staff and Experience in managing daily operations and overseeing staff.- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Effective coordination and communication with various stakeholders.- Ability to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.- Familiarity with budget management.- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.- Experience in the non-profit sector and working with people with disabilities is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in management, social work, or a related field.
