And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing SEO Specialist.Experience: 3-5 yearsLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:Traditional SEO- Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, traffic, and inbound lead generation. - Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and competitor analysis. - Optimize on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, site speed, schema). - Manage off-page SEO including link-building and digital PR for domain authority. - Leverage platforms like Quora, Reddit, Medium, and other relevant forums for thought-leadership visibility and referral traffic. - Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and funnel contribution. - Collaborate with content writers, product marketers, and developers for SEO-driven improvements.AI-SEO- Leverage AI SEO tools (Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope, GrowthBar, ChatGPT) for keyword expansion, content briefs, and optimization. - Implement AIO workflows to ensure AI-assisted content meets accuracy, compliance, and E-E-A-T standards. - Automate repetitive SEO tasks (meta tags, alt-text, structured data) using AI workflows. - Optimize OPEN’s visibility for AI-powered search engines (Microsoft Copilot, Google SGE, Perplexity, etc). - Build AI-driven content clusters and landing pages around fintech topics (compliance, AR/AP, payments, lending). - Experiment with A/B testing of AI-generated titles, descriptions, and landing page variations. - Stay updated with AI + search algorithm changes and guide leadership on emerging trends.Requirements- 3–5 years of SEO experience (SaaS/Fintech/B2B preferred). - Strong foundation in traditional SEO: site architecture, crawling, indexing, schema, content optimization. - Proven experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog. - Hands-on expertise with AI SEO tools: Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope, GrowthBar, or similar. - Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and AI-based analytics platforms and data visualization tools.. - Understanding of SEO’s impact on lead generation, brand visibility, and pipeline growth. - Analytical mindset with ability to present SEO ROI clearly to business leadershipWhy work at Open?- You will be part of the early tribe that is changing the way business banking rolls. - Every atom of your work will impact the way millions of businesses are run. - You will work with some of the brightest minds who will celebrate your quirks. - You will find growth & fun to be two-way streets - how you thrive and the way you jive, in turn drives Open.
