About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO trends, strategies, and tools, and a proven ability to drive organic growth through well-executed search engine optimization tactics.This role requires hands-on experience in managing both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, social media and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines. - Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed. - Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO recommendations. - Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and developments. - Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on industry benchmarks.Requirements:- 1–2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. - Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Canva, etc. - Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification. - Experience with local SEO and schema markup. - Background in content marketing or copywriting.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to work on diverse projects and industries - A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment - Learning and development opportunitiesHow to Apply:If you’re passionate about SEO and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from youLocation: Noida (On-site)-Apply via LinkedIn or DM me directly for more details.
