With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, we are expanding our showroom team in Pune.Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a passion for interior designing and modular furniture. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and able to guide customers through premium furniture selections and custom-made interior solutions.Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection. - Understand customer requirements for interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. - Present design options, materials, catalogues, and finishes clearly. - Explain product features, pricing, and customization possibilities. - Create quotations, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into sales. - Coordinate with design teams, production teams, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.Requirements- Experience: 1 - 4 years in sales (preferably furniture, modular, interiors, decor, real estate, or luxury retail). - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Basic understanding of interior layouts, materials, finishes, and design concepts (preferred). - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. - Customer-centric attitude with professional presentation. - Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Interested candidates can send their resume to hr@papillonfurniture.com or apply here on LinkedIn.
