The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads, counseling aspiring design students, and helping them enroll in our courses. You will guide students toward their academic and creative goals while contributing to the growth of Artans Art Academy.Key Responsibilities- Lead Conversion:- Contact potential students from provided leads and inquiries.- Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrolment.- Counseling:- Understand students' aspirations, strengths, and career goals.- Provide detailed information about NID, NIFT, UCEED entrance exams, and design diploma courses.- Address student queries and concerns regarding course structure, fees, and timelines.- Admissions Support:- Guide students through the admission process, including filling out forms and submitting required documents.- Assist students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their interests and career objectives.- Coordination:- Work collaboratively with faculty and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.- Coordinate and participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.- Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.- Provide regular updates to management on lead conversion rates and counseling activities.Required Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or counseling background preferred).- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.- Familiarity with design entrance exams like NID, NIFT, UCEED, and related fields is a plus.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- A creative and collaborative work environment.- Opportunity to work closely with aspiring designers and renowned faculty members.- Training and development programs to enhance your professional growth.If you’re passionate about helping students achieve their creative dreams and have the skills to guide them effectively, we’d love to hear from you
