- AGS is looking to fill a Director Patient Access Service Line role, reporting to the companys Executive Director PA and PFS Service Line. This individual will be a key member of the Service Line team and will be responsible for developing and executing AGSs growth strategy for Patient Access Solutions and building out the solution in line with the companys broader goals.

- The Director will be accountable for: driving market awareness for patient access services and technology solutions in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Operations; expanding and delivering new service / technology offerings; supporting deal-solutioning as the subject matter expert (SME) and helping to drive automation and analytics within the service line.

- The candidate will be held to revenue & profitability targets of new patient access solutions launched for which the Service Line team is responsible

- The candidate will act as the patient access service line SME, with the SVPs, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Development and Senior Ops Leaders being their key internal stakeholders, while Clients and Investors will serve as the key external stakeholders.

- The Director will serve in a highly visible role and, in collaboration with AGS Marketing, represent the company externally with clients and at key conferences, webinars, and other industry meetings. The candidate will promote the brand and value proposition and create various forms of market-facing thought (JTBDs):

1. Refine, further develop, and continue to implement the companys Patient Access solutions strategy in line with AGSs long-term strategic plan

2. Meet key financial targets:

a. Revenue targets for the new PA solutions

b. Margin targets for the new PA solutions driven primarily via price / technology enablement / value offered

3. Craft differentiated, value-based solutions by leveraging Process, Technology and Analytics as appropriate

a. Identify and prioritize new products and services opportunities, including those already identified such as:

i. Prior Authorization Automation

ii. Patient omnichannel outreach solutions

b. Build business cases for shortlisted offerings and solutions for approval

c. Drive the implementation of these services (e.g. Proof of Concepts, pilots, etc.)

4. Partner with Sales & Marketing, Customer Success & Operations teams to refine and evolve the go-to-market strategy for the PA service line

a. Work with Sales and CS teams to ensure that business drivers and value propositions are understood and positioned optimally through continued education and GTM content

b. Research industry trends specific to PA to refine the customer value proposition as well as competitor offerings to aid in differentiation. Drive AGS brand recognition by serving as a trusted advisor in the industry.

c. Work with teams on deal win-strategy and pricing

d. Help execute GTM activities

5. Focus on building capabilities to support long term service line growth

a. Identify, prioritize, and monitor current vs. future state business requirements (technology, people, process), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology / people / processes focused on driving process excellence and automation across the business

b. Drive thought leadership (e.g., white papers, case studies, webinars)

c. Support the Solutions team in refining the Solutions framework for PA

d. Provide strategic support during potential acquisitions, carve outs, deal buy-outs, etc.

e. Drive optimal path to grow new service lines including organic growth, inorganic acquisition or partnerships, including pipeline growth in partnership with Sales and CS.

6. Support Transformation projects (Clients, internal AGS) to drive value, continuous improvement and operational excellence

7. Travel to AGS customers and AGS Headquarters in Washington, DC for sales efforts and strategic meetings up to

20%, including potential travel to global delivery locations in India and the Philippines

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:.

Candidate qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in Consulting services with a professional history in reputable companies

2. 2+ years of experience in Patient Access services preferred

3. Revenue cycle-related technology acumen - such as prior authorization automation, real time eligibility, insurance

discovery, and automation - and delivering technology-led solutions to customers

4. Commercial acumen experience in structuring or supporting sales opportunities

5. Strategic outlook knowledge of the healthcare industry, including a broad understanding of both the payor and

provider ecosystems and how they interrelate. Understanding of RCM vendors / services / trends / disruptions /

service differentiators

6. Global Experience experience working in/with global delivery models

7. Ability to constantly learn and synthesize active listener with intellectual curiosity motivated to gather market

intelligence / trends and customer feedback and distill how those data points should shape the Solutions framework

and intellectual property for the service line. Willingness to participate in external forums as a thought leader.

8. Ability to engage CXO-level customer contacts in strategic discussions ability to synthesize complex / disparate

data, hone-in on the root problem(s), stitch it into a solution, and link it together in an AGS offering

9. Product knowledge broad understanding of AGS products / services and how they interplay, coupled with strong

understanding of technology solutions and platforms

10. Excellent influencer passion for challenging the status quo, natural ability to work and influence broader groups

across business verticals / regions and drive change management initiatives

11. Constantly looking outside-in willing to develop connections inside / outside the organization to keep a finger on

the pulse of the market. Work with Corporate Development to identify, vet and forge partnerships with third parties,

as appropriate.

12. Superb people skills and high EQ committed to a culture of humility. High emotional IQ, with the ability to inspire

peers and clients. Ability to develop and lead others.

13. Experience in driving transformation through consulting or process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), digitization

(platforms, tools, technologies) and automation

14. Strong financial and analytical skills comfortable with P&L management and standard financial reporting.

Proficient with data analysis and interpretation.

15. Self-starter who strives for excellence for him/herself and his/her team

16. A BS/BA is required and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to

Information security, HIPAA, and HR policies

- Should adhere to applicable Dos & Donts of implemented Information Security Management System () including

HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST regulations. Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management.
