- AGS is seeking to fill a Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist to develop and execute our demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth.

- The Revenue Enablement Technology Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes by leveraging technology tools and ensuring user understanding. This position will be responsible for managing, training, and supporting platforms such as Salesforce and SalesLoft to ensure our sales teams have and understand the resources available to succeed.

- This role plays a major part in ensuring our technology platforms can drive and measure the efficiency of our enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales enablement technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

JOBS-TO-BE-DONE (JTBDs):

- Manage and optimize the use of Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intent Data, AI and other technology tools to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

- Manage other enablement initiatives and programs as needed, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization through efficiency measurements.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.

- Provide training and support for all teams on tools and best practices.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of technology solutions, making recommendations for improvements.

- Keep up on top of enhancements and new features and help to test and roll out features to the teams.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to technology processes, training materials, and user guides.

- Assist in the integration of new sales enablement tools and technologies.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best solutions available.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Candidate qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles.

- Proficient in Salesforce and SalesLoft; certifications are a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with other sales enablement tools and technologies is a Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA, and HR policies.

- Should adhere to applicable Dos & Donts of implemented Information Security Management System including HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST regulations.

- Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management.
