Marketplace Executive - Job Description Be a single point of contact for the assigned marketplace(s) and drive listings, marketing, fulfillment and operations to achieve targeted sales and ROI. Responsibilities *Single-Point-of-Contact for assigned marketplace *Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and activities to drive sales within given guidelines. *Prepare sales forecast and own the sales targets *Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained *Improvise or develop internal SOPs to meet marketplace compliance requirements. *Coordinate with internal team heads to achieve success on the marketplace covering but not limited to 1.Inventory management & inventory forecasting 2.Cataloging & product listing 3.Order fulfillment & return processing 4.Payments and reconciliation *Resolve any escalations and challenges with the marketplace *Liaise with finance team and reconcile payments *Review processes and procedures followed and make recommendations based on learnings Candidate Profile *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field *2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, *Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting. *Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms *Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
