In this role, youll take ownership of the mobile architecture, mentor and guide developers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love sharing knowledge while driving innovation, this is your chance to lead and grow a talented mobile team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices.- Identify skills gaps and support professional development for team members.- Drive the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications.- Collaborate with native iOS and Android teams to integrate platform-specific features where necessary.- Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development workflows.- Ensure app performance, reliability, and security through thorough testing and monitoring.- Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver business-critical features on time.- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.- Facilitate cross-team communication and resolve technical challenges promptly.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing to maintain high code quality and rapid release cycles.- Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends and evaluate new tools or libraries.- Promote innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches that enhance user experience and developer productivity.Required Qualifications:- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle and architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, MVVM).- Experience with native mobile development on iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin) is highly desirable.- Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services within mobile applications.- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), issue tracking (Jira), and code quality tools (SonarQube).- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Bitrise.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through influence and example.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management.
