Inside Sales Engineer

Technical Consultation and Support: Understand customer requirements and provide suitable hydraulic solutions, which may include selecting appropriate pumps, valves, cylinders, power units, hoses, and fittings. Conduct technical discussions and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and troubleshooting. Interpret and design basic hydraulic circuit diagrams to support customer applications. Sales Process Management: Generate and manage sales inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to convert them into business orders. Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and bills of material (BOQ). Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Coordination and Documentation: Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and production teams for customized solutions, accurate order processing, and timely delivery. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation (e.g., datasheets, technical presentations). Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Handle customer objections and resolve product-related problems efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications Education:A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, E&I or a related field is typically required. Freshers can also apply. Experience:Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or application engineering within the hydraulics or industrial equipment sector is preferred Technical Knowledge:Strong, hands-on understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and their applications. Soft Skills:Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Tools:Proficiency in ERP and experience using CRM software
