Role OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience indesigning, developing, and integrating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Youllwork closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and build scalableapplications tailored to business needs.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce,and Lightning Components- Implement and optimize flows, process builders, and automation using declarative tools- Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, Payment Gateways, Service platforms) via REST/SOAP APIs- Perform data modeling, migration, and system configuration across multiple Salesforce environments- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security protocols, and DevOps pipelines- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage deployments via SFDX, and contribute to technical documentationRequired Skills & Experience :- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud- Familiarity with Version Control (Git), SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines- Expertise in API integrations, OAuth, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Heroku)- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II or Architect is a plus)- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Attributes :- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments- Exposure to industry-specific configurations (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail)- Ability to mentor junior developers and review code for quality (ref:hirist.tech)
