What You'll Do

  • Build & Innovate: Dedicate at least 80% of your time to writing high-quality, well-tested Java code. You'll work across the full feature lifecycle, from concept to deployment, to build new leasing automation workflows and other core platform capabilities.
  • Architect & Scale: Go beyond just coding. You'll actively participate in technical design discussions, contributing to a microservices architecture that is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Champion Quality: Embrace a culture of excellence. You will write robust unit and integration tests using Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles, participate in constructive code reviews, and help maintain our high standards for quality.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work within a fast-paced agile team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional solutions. You'll help drive our CI/CD processes to enable rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • A strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
  • Solid programming skills in Java.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
