Key Responsibilities:


Drive Digital Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Develop and execute both organic and inorganic SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and improve search engine rankings. Manage SEM and SMO efforts to maximize online visibility.


Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business (GMB), email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.


Website Development Oversight: Oversee website development to ensure alignment with digital marketing goals. Ensure that the website follows best practices and provides a positive user experience. Maintain and optimize the organization's website by tracking website traffic, implementing best practices, and ensuring a positive user experience.


Marketing Calendar Management: Manage the marketing calendar to efficiently run campaigns within budget. Set limits, analyze keyword costs, and oversee the bidding process.


Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports. Develop and recommend SEO strategies based on data insights to drive continuous improvement. Metric Implementation and Analysis


Content Optimization: Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to improve engagement, visibility, and overall effectiveness.



Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMO, and digital campaign management.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively from the office in Chennai.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday; remote work is not available.
