Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation. Ensure platform stability, performance, and best-practice coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills: 3–6 years of hands-on experience inServiceNow development . Strong knowledge ofJavaScript ,HTML/CSS , andGlide APIs . Experience withService Catalog ,Workflow ,Flow Designer , andIntegrationHub . Familiarity withITIL processesand ServiceNow best practices. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good to Have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification.
