Job Description:We have a fantastic opportunity for Media Buying / Client Servicing Role to work with us on a great portfolio of clients and simultaneously work on the leads to have more. You will be joining our growing team to execute media campaigns across appropriate media channels to reach your client's audience, whether that's tv, radio, outdoor, or print.We are looking for a dynamic, creative thinking candidate, who is passionate about media.About us:We are one of the leading Advertising Agency providing 360-degree creative solutions for Branding. We do Creative / Designing work, OOH, Print, Digital /online promotion, and Electronic Media like TV, Radio, Cinemas, Press, Magazine, Ads, Corporate Films, and Innovative Ads like Airline, Inflight, and Aircraft Branding. We also deal with and manage all kinds of ATL and BTL activities as per requirement. Having flourished as a full-service agency, catering to our cherished clients' varied needs, we have successfully churned out super-hit campaigns, Brand after Brand, year after year.Responsibilities:Knowledge of Advertising Mediums namely Television, Radio, Outdoor Media, Print Media and Digital Media.Understanding client needs and making decisions in relation to media requirements.Maintain strong relationships with media houses, media owners and the clients.Deputize for account manager and handle client servicing where appropriate to ensure the client gets satisfaction in the work executed.Contribute (sometimes lead) to client/media owner meetings.Keep abreast with media industry news and developments.Involvement in new business development/pitches/presentations.People Management – media executives, senior media executives and media planner/buyers.Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.Ensure that key messages from the client get aligned with vital media strategies.Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals.Execute the media campaigns for the clients.Monitor offline campaigns, and report on results.Appropriately manage the organization's media budget.RequirementsA self-starter who is passionate about Media Industry.Someone who wants to take ownership of role and drive resultsAn ambitious and driven individual who is not afraid of a challenge.Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the similar industry.Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV, radio, print etc.Strong client relationships and experience of ownership of several accounts.Team management, developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client deliveryJob Location: Gurugram (Work from office)Share CV : hr@adworthmedia.org
