Role Overview:

The Lead - Finance, will be responsible for managing the finance and accounts function, ensuring accuracy in reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and cost control. This role requires a Chartered Accountant with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to support the CEO in financial decision-making and efficient business Financial Planning & Budgeting: Support annual budgeting and forecasting- Track adherence to budgets and financial metrics

- Accounting & Reporting: Oversee accounting operations and month-end closures- Prepare MIS, P&L, and Balance Sheet- Provide insights to CEO

- Taxation: Manage Direct & Indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax)- Liaise with consultants and authorities

- Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitor and control operational costs- Partner with supply chain and operations on cost optimization

- Compliance & Audits: Ensure statutory compliance and governance standards- Facilitate internal & external audits

- Process Improvement: Drive automation and ERP-based improvements in finance processes

- Team Management: Lead and mentor finance team members - Support team development and succession planning

- Education Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory

- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and reporting
