We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, ITSM, CSM, GRC, HR, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and enhance IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
- Maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
- Develop workflows, scripts, and automation to streamline IT and business operations.
- Conduct regular health checks and audits of the CMDB and ITOM for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations for leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to drive innovation.
- Deliver training and support to end-users and administrators for seamless adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, ITSM, CSM, and GRC.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide.
- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
