Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow SPM Consultant to work with our global team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module and a strong understanding of ServiceNow implementations. This is a remote role, requiring consultants to work in the US Pacific Timezone (night shift in India) .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and configuration of the ServiceNow SPM module for clients.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SPM-related projects.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for the SPM module.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow’s latest releases and features, especially in the SPM domain.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working specifically with the ServiceNow SPM module.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work during US Pacific Timezone hours (complete night shift in India).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - SPM.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
