🚀 Hiring: Assistant Vice President – Data Science Lead📍 Location: Delhi–NCR (occasional travel to Jaipur)💼 Experience: 10–16 yearsWe are looking for an accomplished Data Science Leader to head our AI/ML initiatives and manage an expert team of data scientists. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep technical expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, driving end-to-end ML model development and deployment.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and define the data science roadmap.Translate business problems into analytical solutions using ML, AI, and advanced statistical methods.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and quality.Promote best practices in data science, model governance, and MLOps.Support hiring, career development, and performance management within the team.Required Skills & Experience:10–16 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Strong hands-on expertise in Python/R, SQL, and major ML frameworks.Solid understanding of techniques such as regression, classification, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, and NLP.Proven ability to apply data science to business problems like churn prediction, LTV modeling, and personalization.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.If you’re passionate about leading cutting-edge data science initiatives and creating real business impact, share your profile at vaibhav.jaiswal@impetusconsultants.com
