Location: Mumbai/Delhi Department: Sales & Business Development About SabPaisa: SabPaisa is a leading hybrid payment aggregator in India, offering cutting-edge payment gateway and collection solutions integrated with offline and online payment methods. Our platform serves enterprises, financial institutions, and government bodies with secure and scalable payment solutions. Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development professional specifically for Payment Gateway (PG) Sales. The role is purely a hunting profile focused on acquiring new merchants and businesses for SabPaisa's payment aggregator platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant accounts across sectors such as E-commerce, Education, Healthcare, BFSI, and others. Pitch SabPaisa's payment gateway solutions, including UPI, Cards, Net Banking, EMI, Wallets, and Hybrid Payment options. Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and closures. Engage with key decision-makers, including CXOs, Founders, and Finance Heads, to finalize deals. Negotiate commercials and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Legal, Compliance) for smooth client activation. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Stay updated on the latest payment industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes. Candidate Profile: 2–6 years of experience in Payment Gateway Sales / Merchant Acquisition in the fintech domain. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role. Strong understanding of payment aggregator ecosystem, payment gateway processes, transaction flows, and related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
