Designation: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter IT / ITES Lateral


Job Location: Kolkata

Mode of Work: Hybrid


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Identify screen and shortlist highly qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate HR interviews and assessments.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future needs.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Strong experience in IT/ITES recruitment.
  • Skillset Understanding: Deep understanding of IT/ITES skill sets.
  • Creative Sourcing: Proven success in innovative candidate sourcing.
