We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Senior Technical Content Developer on our Content Engineering and Translations team.You will:- Contribute to content development for key product lines and solutions, such as developer-focused content for APIs, SDKs, and solutions. - Apply AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, and automation. - Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define content needs. - Contribute to innovation projects (AI, chatbots, interactive tutorials, video-based learning).Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements- 3–7 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information development such as: media, APIs, and UX writing - Strong grasp of development workflows such as Agile/Agile team experience - Solid experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, CMS tools, and/or CI/CD. - Experience contributing to strategic, innovative, and/or transformative projects.Desirable Requirements- Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows. - Familiarity with analytics dashboards to track content quality and engagement & Basic scripting (Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) to automate documentation tasks.Who we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
