The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and implementations to drive organic growth and improve online presence for our partnersKey Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. - Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. - Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content. - Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and page rankings. - Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). - Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. - Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content. - Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to implement necessary changes. - Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance. - Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance and recommend actionable strategies for improvement. - Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists, if applicable.Qualifications:- Proven 2-3 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. - Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in backlinking SEO and off-page creation.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with leading enterprises. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team. - Professional development and growth opportunities. - A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
