the Role:We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy.As a Product Manager, youll be the voice of the customer, driving product decisions from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Key Responsibilities:- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business strategy.- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and post-launch analysis.- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven product releases.- Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.- Analyze user behavior, product usage metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.- Conduct customer interviews, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to refine product strategy.- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.Key Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.- 4 - 8 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in a tech-driven organization.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile development, and user-centered design principles.- Ability to write clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.- Proven track record of launching successful digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS platforms).- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar (ref:hirist.tech)
