Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist


Location: Remote (Dubai-based company)


Job Type: Full-Time (9 AM to 6 PM Dubai time, 6 days a week)


Salary: 30 - 35K INR


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans that achieve measurable business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, , Twitter, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage paid search, display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising campaigns.


Strategy Development:

  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative tactics to improve campaign performance.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.


Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns stay within budget.


SEO and SEM:

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and conversion rates.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to develop compelling ad
  • creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Customer Journey and Funnel Optimization:

  • Map out customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Use data insights to enhance user experience and engagement across touchpoints.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, display, social media, and programmatic
  • campaigns.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
  • Facebook Business Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
