We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and help us grow.
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, and team leadership. As a part of our startup team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and driving our growth. In return, you will have the opportunity to earn equity stake options based on performance and contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Management: Lead the content team in creating compelling and relevant content across various platforms, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, and videos.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize our social media presence, create engaging content, and interact with our audience to build a strong community.
SEO and SEM: Implement and oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a growing team of digital marketing professionals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Adaptability: Be flexible and ready to adapt to the fast-paced and changing environment of a startup.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on marketing performance and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Experience with content creation, social media management, SEO, and SEM.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for AI and technology is a plus.
