The HR Operations Manager will lead and manage our Global People Operations, Systems & Analytics who will be in charge of our data and analytics across all the regions. This individual must be a strategic and tactical leader, with an eye for detail and a track record of success as we need the HR Ops Manager to focus on ensuring data consistency and accuracy in addition to bringing in best practices on people analytics. The person in this role will act as the liaison in resolving complex business opportunities with internal and external partners. The person in this role must be able to manage and improve the systems and operations (e.g., performance metrics, internal controls, compliance, automation) as well as to manage transformation projects. This role will work closely with various teams including payroll, finance, onboarding, total rewards and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (aka recruiting) ("TA")) for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation.
  • Develop strategies and plans to execute on the process enhancements/upgrades successfully to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage People Success systems and processes including EOR (Employer of Record) gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, and user acceptance testing for any new implementations or changes
  • Support TA as it relates to analytics, candidate / hiring status reports, and administration of TA projects and priorities.
  • Work with Financial Planning & Analysis on headcount, recruiting expense management and other key metrics.
  • Solve complex technical issues relating from data issues or mapping issues to working with external partners to solve configuration issues with the HRIS or any other HR systems.
  • Work closely with project teams on new initiatives that involve changes and/or enhancements to HR systems.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organizing necessary resources.

Must Haves

  • At least 8 years of Human Resources systems and analytics experience with experience setting up and administering HRIS
  • Experience with HR systems requirements gathering for development of functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and vendor service support.
  • Experience in macros and people analytics, including but not limited to talent acquisition reporting and analytics
  • Experience in enhancing and leveling up HRIS; experience with upgrades, implementations and managing 3rd party service providers
  • Demonstrated ability to actively engage in hands-on work to support and enhance HR processes
  • Strong employee service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Experience in change management while implementing new systems or propcesses
  • Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
  • Experience managing human resources compliance
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to details and & an enthusiasm

Nice to Have

  • Significant experience working across global organizations in similar size and scale, to include interacting and influencing stakeholders in multiple regions and at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Direct and indirect leadership experience working across departments (Finance, IT & Legal) in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors
  • An understanding of recruiting processes
