Description:Job Title: SEO Strategist.Experience: 4 years (Min).Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite).Immediate Joiner only preferred.About Us:SolutionBuggy is the leading project consulting platform, accelerating the growth of Indias manufacturing sector with end-to-end solutions for all industrial requirements.We support businesses in setting up new manufacturing units or revamping existing ones through our core project team and an extensive network of industry experts.With 4,500+ MSME projects completed, we have built unmatched expertise across diverse industries such as Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Textiles, Electrical & Electronics, and more.We are a system-driven, execution-focused organization helping manufacturers scale with efficiency, technology, and industry best practices.Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategist with strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and a proven track record of driving organic growth and revenue impact.The ideal candidate should be capable of leading SEO operations end-to-end, managing the team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and building scalable strategies aligned with business goals.This is a key strategic role requiring advanced SEO capabilities, including AEO, GEO, and LLM-driven optimization, paired with strong analytical and leadership skills.What Youll Do:- Develop and execute full-funnel SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, technical, and AI-driven areas.- Lead and mentor the SEO team, freelancers, writers, and external agencies while ensuring high-quality output.- Drive strategic initiatives that improve visibility, traffic quality, lead generation, and revenue.- Conduct advanced keyword research, category mapping, and competitive analysis for high-impact landing pages.- Implement AEO, GEO, and LLM-based practices to improve visibility across AI search ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, SGE).- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other tools to generate insights.- Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated content and SEO strategies aligned with revenue-focused objectives.- Identify growth gaps, propose experiments, and implement strategic improvements to enhance organic performance at scale.Who You Are:- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrable results in traffic, rankings, and revenue growth.- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and modern search experience practices (AEO, GEO, LLM SEO).- Prior experience managing teams or leading cross-functional SEO initiatives with strong communication and leadership abilities.- Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, or MSME-related projects is a strong advantage.- Analytical, proactive, and capable of owning the full organic marketing function, including planning, execution, and reporting.
