Job Description


Progenesis Fertility Center is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead and mentor our design team, drive creative processes, and ensure our brand’s visual identity is consistent and innovative across all platforms. This role requires hands-on work in campaign design, presentation preparation, UI/UX for landing pages, and email/greeting designs.



Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to achieve their full potential.


● Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve the team's skills and performance.


● Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.


● Drive the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns.


● Create visually compelling designs for social media, print materials, and other marketing channels.


● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.


● Design and prepare impactful presentations for various purposes, including internal and external use.


● Oversee the design and development of user-friendly and visually appealing landing pages.


● Conduct user research and testing to optimize the usability and effectiveness of landing pages.


● Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.


● Ensure all designs adhere to the established visual language and brand identity.


● Conduct regular audits of design materials to ensure consistency across all platforms.


● Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the design strategy.


● Oversee the development of creative concepts and ensure they are executed effectively.


● Establish and refine design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.


● Review and approve all design materials before they are finalized and distributed.


● Develop and maintain a centralized asset library for easy access to brand assets.


● Collaborate with the marketing team to align design strategies with overall marketing goals.


● Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.


● Communicate design concepts and strategies clearly to stakeholders and team members.


● Represent the design team in cross-functional meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.


● Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.


● Strong understanding of current design trends and industry standards.
