The role demands hands-on expertise in defining product requirements, ensuringcompliance and governance in AI-driven systems, and applying domain-specificknowledge (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, or Manufacturing) to ensure business adoptionand regulatory alignment.This is a hybrid role requiring strong product management, governance oversight, and domainexpertise to shape responsible, scalable, and impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and governance teams to ensuresuccessful AI/Cloud product delivery.• Define and document product requirements, user stories, and domain workflows alignedwith enterprise strategy.• Provide domain expertise to guide AI model training, validation, and business adoption.• Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, fairness, andtransparency.• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure regulatory adherence(GDPR, HIPAA, AI Act, industry-specific regulations).• Support risk assessments, audit reviews, and governance reporting for AI/ML platforms.• Partner with engineering, UX, and data science teams to translate domain/business needsinto technical specifications.• Ensure KPIs, metrics, and success criteria are defined and tracked for productperformance.• Create playbooks, policy guidelines, and domain blueprints for enterprise-wide AIadoption.• Contribute to stakeholder communication including C-level updates, regulatory reporting,and customer engagements.Required Skills & Experience• 6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Governance, or Domain Consulting.• Strong background in one or more domains (Healthcare, BFSI, Telecom, Retail,Manufacturing, etc.).• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management – from requirements gathering torelease and governance.• Knowledge of AI/ML systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT landscapes.• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, compliance standards, and responsible AIpractices.• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – engineering, UX, compliance, and datascience.• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in governance tools or frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, COBIT, SOC2).• Familiarity with regulatory environments (GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act, PCI-DSS, etc.).• Hands-on with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Productboard).• Certifications such as PMP, CIPP, CISM, or Responsible AI/AI Ethics credentials.• Previous work in AI-driven or digital transformation programs.Education• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or relateddomain.• Additional certifications in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Domain-specificspecializations are a plus.Thanks & Regards,Bhanu PrakashRecruitment ConsultantBIG Language SolutionsEmail-- bhanu.prakash@biglanguage.comm: +918977514667biglanguage.comTrust Every Word™
