Lead - Sales - Real Estate

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets across multiple real estate projects within the assigned cluster.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing channel partnerships and corporate tie-ups to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, monitoring competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies, pricing models, and product positioning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to enhance individual and team performance and productivity.
- Set clear and measurable sales targets for team members, provide regular performance feedback, and implement training and development programs to improve skills and drive results.
- Conduct regular sales reviews with the team, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. -
