About Role & Opportunity:
The People and Culture Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department, contributing to fostering a positive workplace environment. This role focuses on employee engagement, administrative support, recruitment, payroll processing and ensuring alignment with the organization's values and culture.
What Does This Opportunity Involve for You?
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with stakeholders in the organization.
Manage and support the complete employee life cycle including Recruitment, Onboarding,
Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Exits.
Manage the employee database and prepare reports- Exit analysis, Compensation Benchmarking,
Payroll, HR audit, Employee health insurance, Attendance, Digital personal files coordination.
Drive employee engagement.
Improves employee experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
Assist in the developing, updating, and communication of company policies.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff on HRIS software
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
Continually work to better our processes, spotting areas we can improve to drive our function forward.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture role.
Intermediate skills with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
About You:
Sharp business acumen, ability to understand the parts of the business and align it with the people plan.
Works comfortably under pressure or dealing with ambiguity.
Proven success working in a fast‐paced growing company is preferred; experience working at a technology company is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience and competence in leading, influencing, and coaching others in the absence of direct reporting relationships
A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and pride in work performed. Self‐managing, results-oriented, and capable of managing projects and tasks
Attention to details and a sharp bend of mind.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
