As one of India’s leading club management companies, we specialize in curating premium clubhouses across residential and mixed-use developments — blending sports, wellness, recreation, and belonging.We’re now looking for a dynamic Club Manager to lead operations at the Wadhwa Atmosphere Club, Mulund, Mumbai— a prestigious residential clubhouse serving over 2,000 residents with world-class facilities including a swimming pool, fitness studio, badminton courts, pickleball, turf, and more.Your RoleAs Club Manager, you’ll be the face of the club — driving exceptional experiences, operational excellence, and a sense of community.You’ll: ✅ Oversee day-to-day club operations and team performance (front desk, housekeeping, trainers, security). ✅ Plan and execute fun, engaging member activities and events for all age groups. ✅ Maintain high service standards and handle member feedback proactively. ✅ Coordinate with vendors, partners, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. ✅ Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive revenue through events, rentals, and memberships. ✅ Implement SOPs, safety, and facility standards. ✅ Build relationships with residents, committees, and Ileseum management to strengthen engagement.What We’re Looking For🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality / Sports / Facility Management or related field. 💼 4–8 years of experience in club, hospitality, or lifestyle management. 💪 Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. ⚡ Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and building community experiences.Why Join Ileseum Clubs?✨ Work with one of India’s most forward-thinking leisure & lifestyle management companies. 🚀 Shape premium community experiences that truly make an impact. 🌱 Grow in a culture that values people, creativity, and excellence.If you’re passionate about hospitality, wellness, and community building, we’d love to meet you.📍 Location: Mulund, Mumbai 💼 Full-time | Leadership Role | Immediate Opening
