You’ll be responsible for analyzing capacity, performance, energy, and reliability metrics across global data centers to support operational excellence, efficiency, and future capacity planning.If you’re passionate about data, infrastructure, and optimizing mission-critical systems — this role is for you.What You’ll DoAnalytics & Reporting- Build dashboards in Power BI / Tableau / Grafana for utilization, asset inventory, network health, power usage & operations metrics. - Analyze server, storage, network, and environmental data to identify risks and trends. - Automate weekly/monthly operational reporting.Capacity & Performance Management- Monitor compute, memory, storage & network utilization. - Forecast future capacity needs using data trends & predictive analytics. - Recommend resource optimization, hardware refresh, and load balancing strategies.DCIM & Infrastructure Insights- Work with DCIM tools: Sunbird, Nlyte, EcoStruxure, Vertiv Trellis, NetZoom. - Maintain asset accuracy, rack layouts, power chain mapping & environmental telemetry. - Extract insights to support SRE & operations teams.Energy, Power & Cooling Analytics- Track PUE, cooling efficiency, thermal performance, and energy consumption. - Identify anomalies & support sustainability and cost-optimization initiatives.Reliability & Incident Analytics- Analyze incidents to identify failure patterns & recurring issues. - Build RCA dashboards for leadership & reliability teams. - Support initiatives to reduce downtime.Predictive Analytics (Preferred)- Build ML-based models for: - Hardware failure prediction - Thermal/cooling anomalies - Power overload risks - Capacity exhaustionWhat You BringTechnical Skills- Strong analytics experience in compute, storage, network, and power/cooling systems. - Expertise with Power BI / Tableau / Grafana / Kibana / Splunk. - Experience with DCIM tools (any). - Good understanding of virtualization, servers, networking & storage. - SQL proficiency; Python/PowerShell is a plus.Soft Skills- Strong analytical mindset - Excellent reporting & documentation - Ability to collaborate across DC Ops, SRE, Facilities & Engineering - Clear communication with leadership & technical teamsEducation- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. - Preferred Certifications: - Data Center Operations - Cloud Infra (AWS/Azure/GCP) - ITIL - Power BI/Tableau
