About the Role:

The selected candidate will lead the quality assurance strategy, focusing on automation and process

improvement for web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will ensure

the delivery of high-quality software products, manage QA projects, and mentor team members.

Major Responsibilities:

− Software Development Infrastructure: Plan, implement, and maintain the software

development infrastructure to ensure robust and scalable systems.

− Ownership of Product/Services Quality & Delivery: Ensure high standards of quality and timely

delivery across all platforms.

− Collaboration: Work closely with team leads, designers, and cross-functional teams in

Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver top-tier features and enhancements.

− Continuous Improvement: Engage in the ongoing enhancement of tools, systems, and processes

to improve efficiency and output.

− QA Projects: Manage multiple quality assurance projects, from planning to execution, ensuring

code quality and functionality.

− Domain Expertise: Leverage expertise in gaming domains to support and enhance product

offerings.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

− 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer.

− Automation Frameworks: Extensive experience with automation frameworks for both web

and mobile applications.

− Selenium & Appium: Proficient in using Selenium for web automation and Appium for

mobile automation.

− API Automation: Hands-on experience with API automation tools like Rest Assured and

Postman.

− SQL & JDBC: Strong skills in writing SQL queries and working with JDBC for database

automation.

− TDD/BDD & Page Object Models: Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD),

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Page Object Model frameworks.

− Coding Skills: Proficient in Java or similar scripting languages, with strong coding abilities.

− Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and management skills to work closely

with stakeholders and gain deep product insights.

− Delivery Management: Proven ability to manage the timely delivery of testing milestones

and project deadlines.

− Team Leadership: Experience in team collaboration, mentoring, and fostering a productive

work environment.
