Marketing Specialist


BlueVector AI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to spearhead a variety of marketing initiatives, ranging from case study creation to event announcements and product launches. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and ensure consistent branding across all channels, driving engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Must have atleast 1-2 years of professional relevant experience.

New Product/Solution Launch
  • Collaborate with the team to create demo videos and visual assets.
  • Update marketplace listings and generate branded marketing collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, etc.).
  • Revamp website/microsite with product/solution details.
  • Coordinate social media posts and email campaigns to maximize reach.
SnapApp Marketing
  • Create engaging product video reels and snackable video content highlighting features.
  • Manage SEO-focused articles and social media content.
  • Oversee website updates to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experience.
Event Marketing: Deal Closed
  • Generate "Win Wire" announcements for new deals.
  • Confirm announcements with Sales Management for accuracy.
  • Distribute announcements via our Google Distro List.
Case Study Development: Project Closed
  • Collect project details from Statements of Work and project documentation.
  • Leverage tools like NotebookLM to create branded case studies and social media posts/press releases.
  • Collaborate with the team to capture screenshots, demo videos, and graphic assets.
  • Review marketing materials with project owners and customers to collect feedback and approvals.
  • Update customer stories with finalized content for submission to Google and internal knowledge bases.
  • Refresh marketplace listings and website/microsite content with project information.
  • Manage email campaigns targeting our Google and customer distribution lists.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, graphic design, and video editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
