Elevated Sales Mastery:
- Demonstrate unparalleled sales prowess and account management skills, orchestrating seamless transactions and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Insightful Market Mastery:
- Dive deep into market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover untapped opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborative Synergy:
- Foster cross-functional synergy within Trydan's diverse teams, from R&D to marketing, to ensure alignment on client needs and drive collective success.
Client Empowerment and Delight:

Industry Influence:
- Command a presence in the EV ecosystem, representing Trydan Technologies at industry events and forums, and shaping the future of electric mobility through thought leadership and strategic engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Innovative Mindset with Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B client relations, business development, or sales, with a track record of driving transformative change.
- Proven ability to envision and execute strategic business initiatives, driving revenue growth and market expansion in a global context.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent self- presentation skills and phone etiquette.
- Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency.
- Well - versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, with a keen eye for emerging trends and opportunities.
Global Perspective:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a passion for engaging with diverse cultures and perspectives.
- Sound knowledge about digital marketing can be a plus point.
