Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support various administrative tasks and client interactions for our company- Ash Singh Trading Club.

A trading education company, check YouTube/IG- @ashsingh.7

This role involves managing social media, handling emails, executing outreach campaigns, client communication, and maintaining data records.


Responsibilities


1. **Social Media Management:**

  - Draft SEO-optimized captions for social media posts to enhance engagement and visibility.


2. **Email Management:**

  - Respond to and organize company emails, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.


3. **Outreach and Sales:**

  - Execute 25-30 cold emails daily to potential clients, maintaining a high standard of communication to generate leads.


4. **Sales Calls:**

  - Contact potential clients via phone calls to initiate sales conversations and convert leads into customers.


5. **Messaging Platforms:**

  - Manage WhatsApp messages from clients and prospects, providing timely responses and information.


6. **Data Management:**

  - Maintain and update Excel sheets to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics as required.


7. **Client Relations:**

  - Communicate with current clients via WhatsApp and phone calls, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


8. **Community Management:**

  - Manage interactions within our Discord community, fostering engagement and addressing member queries.


9. **Adaptability:**

  - Be flexible to assist with additional tasks as needed, adjusting to evolving business needs and priorities.


Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs).

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Include the word forex at the end of your cover letter so we know you've read the full decription.

- Experience in social media management and customer service is a plus.
