We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our founding team. This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. Expect strong ownership, exposure to growth strategy, and the chance to build a HealthTech brand from scratch in an industry poised for disruption.
What You'll Do
- Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design creatives on Canva, coordinate shoots for Reels/short-form videos, and draft captions, hooks, and scripts that resonate.
- Drive engagement by responding to comments/DMs, building relationships with followers, and shaping Early's voice online.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features
- Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder's Office.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency or startup experience preferred).
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts with measurable results.
- Strong Canva design skills and familiarity with basic editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Confident in writing scripts, captions, and hooks that convert views into engagement.
- Comfortable ideating, planning, and coordinating shoots (UGC, reels, team content).
- A natural storyteller who understands branding, tone, and positioning.
- Strong analytical mindset
- Passionate about health, wellness, and building communities online.
