TEAM Description


Anglo-Eastern Fleet Performance Centre (AEFPC), located in Mumbai is Anglo-Eastern’s global initiative to leverage the data collected from day-to-day vessel performance monitoring into actionable insights to assist the Owners and the industry. Through training, campaigns and direct engagement with the shipboard management team, the team provides support to improve voyage and machinery performance.

What You Will Do

1. To monitor the vessel’s progress on the voyage with regards to improving fuel efficiency and optimizing performance. When necessary, guide vessels to avoid inclement weather.

2. To review the vessel’s voyage for sub-optimal routing and speed profile and provide feedback and improvements.

3. To monitor vessel’s performance compliance against CP requirements

4. To prepare reports and appraise the Technical and Operations teams on option for enhancing voyage performance.

5. Take regular trainings, briefing, feedbacks and explore improvement / fuel optimization possibilities.


Experience

  • Navigation Officer with at least 20 months sailing experience as Chief Officer.
  • & Efficiency monitoring experience is not a requisite, but welcome


Qualification

  • I COC (Master FG) - Preferred or
  • II (Chief Mate FG) with additional academic qualifications.
