Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the edtech sector, with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, and relationship management. This role requires extensive traveling within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, visiting colleges, conducting seminars, and building a robust network of college contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to visit colleges and educational institutions.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote Exxeella Education Group's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including on-site visits, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and students.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the edtech sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Strong network of contacts within colleges and educational institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
