Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires extensive traveling within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, visiting colleges, conducting seminars, and building a robust network of college contacts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to visit colleges and educational institutions.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote Exxeella Education Group's products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including on-site visits, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and students.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the edtech sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Strong network of contacts within colleges and educational institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
