We are looking for a talented React Developer to join our team and help us build powerful, scalable, and user-friendly applications that our clients love.The Role :We are seeking a skilled React Developer with a passion for building complex, data-driven applications. You will be a key member of our development team, working on our core ERP product. This is not a typical web development role; you will be building sophisticated business tools that are at the heart of our clients' operations.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance front-end components for our ERP application using React.js.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly interfaces.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.Required Skills & Experience :- Proven experience as a React.js Developer with a strong understanding of the React ecosystem, including React Hooks, state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component lifecycles.- Experience in developing complex business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, scheduling tools, or inventory management systems) is a must.- Proficiency with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.- Strong understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Bonus Points :- Experience with TypeScript.- Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
