Role Description:
- This is a full-time HR Generalist role responsible for recruitment, managing employee lifecycle (including documentation), executing human resources policies, implementing and administering employee benefits programs, monitoring learning & development programs for employees, employee appraisals, taking part in conducting team-building activities and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements for our offices in Bengaluru and Udupi.
- In addition, the applicant is expected to participate in various HR-related activities, such as employee engagement, and employee relations.
Qualifications and Pre-requisites:
- Educational Requirement : MBA in HR.
- 3 to 5 years Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in hiring for wide skills (finance, operations, marketing, sales &technology).
- Good Microsoft Office, HR analytics & reporting Skills.
- Experience with employee engagement, training and development, and employee relations would be an added advantage.
