**Pre-requisites**:

- Good Communication Skill.
- Experience (0- 2 years).
- Those with experience should have relevant Direct Tax Consulting or Company Secretarial experience.
- Freshers should have keen interest in handling Direct Tax and Corporate Secretarial matters.
- Should have strong fundamental understanding of Direct Tax and Company law and practice.
- Enthusiasm towards reading, researching, and working in Direct Tax domain to build a specialised career in DT and CS domain.
- Good Analytical & Interpersonal Skill.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Good Team Player and respect for Organization hierarchy.
- Assist in handling ROC annual filings.
- Assist in various activities under corporate law including advisory and consulting on the matters involving Company law and allied laws.
- Assist in Company Incorporation.
- Assist in conducting Board meeting/Shareholder meetings and preparing the minutes of such meetings
- Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Assisting clients with varied industry profiles and complexities.
- Assist in ensuring that corporate tax-return preparation meets all regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation and submissions required for Direct tax litigation
- Visiting tax office on a need basis to follow-up on clerical and other matters
- Assisting in carrying out research on case laws, judgements that are required to assist litigation and advisory practice.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
