This freelance contract role combines creativity with technical skills, focusing on transforming finalized scripts into polished, visually consistent video content.You will work with AI-powered video generation platforms such as Elevenlabs, Mister Horse, HeyGen, and Freepik to create professional, on-brand learning videos. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both AI-driven video tools and traditional editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, along with a strong understanding of how to structure and sequence content to communicate educational messages effectively.Success in this role requires attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and the discipline to maintain brand consistency across all outputs. You will collaborate with creativeteams in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment to bring learning materials to life in an engaging and scalable format.Key Responsibilities• Create educational videos based on established design standards, ensuring consistency in style, pacing, and instructional quality across all projects.• Transform finalized scripts into visually engaging video content using AI-powered platforms including Elevenlabs, Mister Horse, HeyGen, and Freepik.• Apply motion design principles and editing techniques that enhance comprehension and learner engagement.• Stay current with emerging video generation technologies and propose ways to improve efficiency and visual impact.• Collaborate with teams to ensure videos meet learning objectives and production timelines.• Translate business and educational requirements into robust technical solutions that perform at scaleQualifications• Demonstrated proficiency with AI video Elevenlabs, Mister Horse, HeyGen, and Freepik.• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender or similar tools.• Experience applying brand standards and maintaining design consistency across largescale projects.• Familiarity with ESL content or multilingual video production workflows is a plus.• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to transform scripts into clear, engaging video sequences.• Experience producing educational, e-learning, or instructional videos, with motion graphics or animation skills strongly preferred for enhancing visual engagement and learning impact.• Excellent attention to detail for maintaining visual consistency, pacing, and clarity.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, remote team environment.• A demo reel showcasing short-form video editing skills is required and should demonstrate strong pacing, clarity, and visual storytelling.• A portfolio highlighting relevant video projects, including educational, social media, or promotional content, is preferred.A demo reel is required (additional portfolio are preferred): Please include links on your resume. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk, as well as regular use of a computer, mouse, and keyboard.Additional Information• This is a contracted position. All work is project based and does not constitute an offer of employment.• Contractors are responsible for providing their own computer, internet access, and working environment. Access to required software will be provided by Our English Group, LLC• Compensation and scope of work will be outlined in a separate contractor agreement.• Compensation will be processed through Rippling, with currency and payment preferences set up based on contractor onboarding details.• Contractors are responsible for complying with any applicable tax or invoicing requirements.• Pay is by the hour based on hours worked.• All work produced is the property of Our English Group, LLC and may not be used or distributed without written permission.• Selected applicants will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and/or independent contractor agreement prior to starting work.• Contractors may be required to complete basic data security training and adhere to Our English Group, LLC confidentiality, and content protection standards
