**Position Summary**

The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills in graphic design and video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital media, including social media posts, website assets, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials that effectively communicate campaign messages.
- Design user-friendly layouts for presentations, infographics, and other visual content.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product demos, and internal communications.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and company websites.
- Work with raw footage to create polished, engaging, and cohesive video stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to develop creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design and editing techniques.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of visual strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

- Graphic Design: _Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools._
- Video Editing: _Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms_.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video and image requirements.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
