Role and Responsibilities :

1. An effective communicator with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Expertise in spearheading IT projects and ensuring delivery of projects in compliance with the Cost, Schedule, Scope and Quality parameters.

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget

3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

4. Ability to Ensure resource availability and allocation to accomplish objectives.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Possess a flexible and detail -oriented attitude.

Discuss with business customer or client the project scope, requirements and deliverables.

6. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

7. A keen planner, strategist amp; implementer with demonstrated abilities in management for streamlining business operations and Organizational and time management skills

Strong meeting management and reporting skills with Exceptional Customer service skills and client focus

8. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Coordinate and integrates project activities, lead the team

9.Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques.

10. Solve team conflicts and problems, and take corrective actions when a problem arises Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during project delivery

Candidate Qualifications :

1. Should have done Btech/BE from Tier-1 college.BachelorsMasters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or experience in a similar field.

2. Must be open to work in US- Shift.

3. Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC Agile models methodologies, HR systems like SAP, Oracle, etc. and their direct implementation to projects

4. Strong project management skills with software development projects

5. Leadership and management skills in leading technical personnel through the delivery of software development projects

6. Ability to apply common, object -oriented modelling techniques, including UML, use case, activity and sequence diagrams

7. Experience with requirements management use case and modelling tools

8. People and Team Management

9. Excellent communication verbal and written skills

10. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

11. PMP PRINCE II certification is a plus

12. Experience: 7-14 years of relevant experience in project management business analysis with software development projects.
