Great energy.What You’ll Be Doing Lead & take ownership of all digital marketing activities Plan, execute & optimiseMeta Ads (FB + Insta)andGoogle Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display) Run A/B tests, track performance, and scale what works Build monthly campaign plans with clear goals & budgets Analyze data and create performance reports thatactuallymake senseeCommerce + Quick Commerce Assist withAmazon, Flipkart and other marketplaceslisting setup, optimization & creative updates End-to-end Quick Commerce onboarding to scaling Monitor ratings, reviews, pricing, and make sure listings stay sharp Support ads setup on marketplaces & track campaign performanceGrowth & Retention Create and manageemail marketing campaigns(Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Set up automation flows (abandoned cart, welcome, repeat buyers) RunWhatsApp marketingcampaigns and experiments Track metrics like open rates, CTRs, repeat orders, and retentionSocial Media & SEO Coordinate with the content team to plan and schedule posts Assist in planning social campaigns (especially for launches or drops) Help with basicSEOtasks — keyword research, meta tags, content ideas Keep tabs on trends, competitors & platformsResearch & Strategy Support Do market + competitor research Benchmark ads, content, and funnels across brands Help shape brand GTM & growth strategies with insights And a little bit of everything else :)You’ll Fit Right In If You: Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience across digital marketing (D2C/eComm/B2B) Are fluent with Meta Ads, Google Ads & eCommerce Know your way around email tools, basic SEO, and content planning Are organised, reliable, curious, and fun to work with Want to grow fast and work on cool brands, doing serious work You don't know much about what is written above, but have a can-do attitude and hunger to learn, learn & learnDetails You Should Know Location:Ahmedabad (In-office) Role:Full-time Experience:2-3+ Years Openings:1 CTC:Based on experience + fit + fire
